1. Legal Status Create Healing Initiative is a nonprofit providing non-clinical digital educational resources for burnout prevention. We do not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.

2. Acceptance By using this site, accessing materials, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

3. Educational Purpose Only All content, quizzes, courses, and materials are educational, informational, and self-guided. They are not individualized advice and do not establish any professional-client relationship.

4. No Professional Relationship Use of this site does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, coach-client, or fiduciary relationship.

5. Mental Health & Crisis Disclaimer We do not provide crisis support. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. You are solely responsible for your health decisions.

6. Assumption of Risk Personal development content may trigger emotional responses. You voluntarily assume all risks from use of materials and are responsible for how you interpret and apply them.

7. Results Disclaimer We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, improvements, recovery timelines, or results of any kind.

8. Authorized Communications Official business is conducted exclusively via @createhealing.org email addresses. We do not conduct business via social media DMs, WhatsApp, Telegram, or unofficial third-party solicitors. Contacts through unauthorized channels are not recognized as binding.

9. Vendor Disclosure To maintain operational efficiency, Create Healing utilizes specialized third-party vendors under arm’s-length service agreements in compliance with IRS nonprofit guidelines.

10. Purchases & Refunds All sales are final. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days. Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in access termination.

11. Intellectual Property All content is owned by Create Healing. Reproduction, resale, redistribution, or modification without written permission may result in legal action.

12. User Conduct You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, harass staff or users, or disseminate known falsehoods about our operations. Such actions may be documented for legal and compliance records. We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

13. Third-Party Services We use third-party providers for payments, email, and analytics. We are not liable for their outages, data issues, or actions.

14. No Warranties All content is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind.

15. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create Healing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, emotional distress claims, loss of income or data, or misuse of content. Total liability is capped at the amount paid, if any.

16. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Create Healing from any claims arising from your use, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

17. Dispute Resolution All disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under Texas law. No class actions. You waive the right to jury trial.

19. Changes We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
