Create Healing provides structured, non-clinical burnout prevention programs for nonprofit organizations.
Each program focuses on reducing structural contributors to chronic workplace stress.
All programs are educational and organizational in scope. We do not provide therapy, diagnosis, or medical services.
ORGANIZATIONAL BURNOUT EDUCATION

Purpose:
Build shared understanding of burnout as a systems issue.
Format:
60–90 minute workshop (virtual or in person)
Focus Areas:
- Structural drivers of chronic stress
- Emotional labor and sustained urgency
- Role overload and unclear expectations
- Early risk indicators
Outcomes:
- Leadership alignment around burnout prevention
- Clear language for discussing structural strain
- Identification of priority stress points
PEER LEARNING CIRCLES

Purpose:
Reduce isolation and normalize workload challenges.
Format:
Structured small-group sessions (6–10 participants)
4–6 session series or standalone sessions
Focus Areas:
- Shared workload realities
- Decision fatigue patterns
- Boundary clarity
- Sustainable pacing practices
Outcomes:
- Reduced isolation
- Increased psychological safety
- Improved communication across teams
WORKFLOW SIMPLIFICATION GUIDANCE

Purpose:
Reduce digital overload and cognitive strain.
Format:
Organizational review + implementation guidance
Focus Areas:
- Notification reduction
- Role clarity within task systems
- Simplifying tool overlap
- Protecting recovery time
Outcomes:
- Reduced decision fatigue
- Clearer task ownership
- Improved workflow predictability
ENVIRONMENTAL STRESS ASSESSMENT

Purpose:
Identify unnecessary environmental strain.
Format:
Structured assessment + written recommendations
Focus Areas:
- Sensory overload (noise, interruptions)
- Physical space layout
- Digital fragmentation
- Crisis-framing language patterns
Outcomes:
- Practical environmental adjustments
- Reduced stimulation load
- Increased predictability and clarity
